ENH: Allow specific detector waveform mode

This is an addition I've wanted for a while that allows a signal to be added in just a single detector, the primary use case would be modelling glitches.

There are other ways to deal with this, and it may not very well motivated to allow distance/phase marginalization with this option, but I think this is the simplest method to add an initial version of this functionality.

I don't really understand what the modified code is meant to do. Even if you're only injecting into one detector, don't you need to still calculate the antenna response accordingly for each of the polarizations being injected?
