Clean up saved output

This just does a few things to make our saved output more sane.

1. Removes the duplicated samples
2. Adds option to save results and priors

Cool. It would be useful to also have some form of the prior in the result object. It should be possible to add the string version to the result, it may require a little more code to reconstruct the prior, but will save many headaches later.

Agreed that would be nice, but can we leave it for another issue/MR?
