MAINT: Fix docs job
For some reason, the !ls statements in one of the tutorial notebooks were causing the CI to fail. Those lines weren't actually achieving anything, so I just removed them. In the course of tracking these down, I noticed a warning being printed a lot when the optimal SNR is converted to a float and that we can install a few more little pieces using conda.
