v2.2.0 release
This release contains a wrapper for the new waveform interface and is the last minor release I expect we'll need before we can start production analyses.

This release is now ready for review. There are a number of additional small changes that came in beyond the new major feature (the waveform interface.) Two fixes are in place for a recently reported bug that will impact online analyses soon (#702 (closed) #703 (closed))

I ran a few end-to-end tests with this branch on a random recent trigger, the results can be seen here. Everything proceeded as expected.
