RELEASE: v2.2.2

This MR is proposing a new bugfix release to fix an issue identified by a few people in 2.2.1 where the addition of multiprocessing.Pool.terminate caused interruption to not work. This is causing issues with periodic eviction for HTCondor and so is needed for production analyses.

@charlie.hoy @simon-stevenson please can one of you look at this?
