Maintenance will be performed on git.ligo.org, containers.ligo.org, and docs.ligo.org on Tuesday 22 April 2025 starting at approximately 9am PDT. CHANGELOG: add unrealesed changes and URLs for releases >1.0
Add the unreleased changes to the changelog in preparation for a pre-release.
I also took this chance to add URLs to each release title that link to the comparison between this release and the previous. I only went back as far as v0.1.0
