Add units to prior files

This adds units to the prior files we have in the repository. @paul-lasky do you want to look over the units? I think the tidal parameters are dimensionless?

This looks good in the code. We should also put units in the examples. As far as I can tell, the ones that need to be changed are:

• basic_tutorial.py
• change_sampled_parameters.py
• create_your_own_time_domain_source_model.py
• eccentric_inspiral.py
• how_to_specify_the_prior.py
• sine_Gaussian_example.py
• supernova_example.py
