This MR has expanded in scope due to issues that have popped up as I went.

I modified how the labels for the plots are generated. Now, if no latex label is found the parameter name will be used directly in the plot and it won't raise an error.

The source frame parameters are calculated and added to the posterior/injections which closes https://git.ligo.org/Monash/bilby/issues/172.

I also removed the CBC specific method that was still floating around in the Result object.
