adding Australian detector example that is being used in the paper

Paul Lasky requested to merge add_Aus_detector_example into master

Just added one script in the examples/injection_examples directory. The example makes a detector PSD using gwinc, and then makes a new interferometer in Gingin. This is the example we're currently using in the paper.
