changes to point to new lscsoft namespace in git instead of old Monash one

I've updated links to all examples, etc., but the docs page (formerly monash.docs.ligo.org) has not yet been changed.

!253 (merged) fixed the documentation, so I think this one should be good to go. I've removed the WIP
