make pickle names consistent

Colm Talbot requested to merge fix-dynesty-cleanup into master

Changing to the pickle checkpoint for dynesty lead to an error when the same run is performed twice with clean=True.

This will fix that and also hopefully avoid the possibility of this happening again.
