Fix ci

Fixes some of the recent issues

@colm.talbot @gregory.ashton This fixes the issues that we have had recently. It removes some deepdish/HDF5 related stuff. I don't understand why this is not working but I think that this is not our fault. I also removed the scheduled tests for now.

There were some suggestions that we revamp the way we do tests, which I agree with in principle. I think this is better left to another MR. This MR will allow other people to continue working on their MRs.
