Updates to the calibration module

Sylvia Biscoveanu requested to merge sylvia.biscoveanu/bilby:calibration-fix into master

There were a few typos in how the calibration envelope files were being read in the calibration prior. Those have been fixed. I'm also working on adding a plotting code that @colm.talbot originally wrote for producing the LALInference-style results for the phase and amplitude calibration uncertainty as a function of frequency.
