A couple of minor fixes
This MR just fixes a small bit of doc string that was accidentally removed in !110 (merged), and makes the MultivariateNormalDist a proper child of the MultivariateGaussianDist class.
Maintenance will be performed on git.ligo.org, containers.ligo.org, and docs.ligo.org on Tuesday 9 July 2024 starting at approximately 9:30am PDT.
