make aligned spin priors load and cosmological safer
The GW specific priors seem to have been broken by my recent changes to prior reading. This MR will fix reading AlignedSpin priors and adds a warning when reading Cosmological priors would fail.

This looks good. One idea, which you can of course choose to say no, is to add a test which generates various a test prior file (or just add a prior file) with all the different ways to make priors then loads it and samples a few points. It's a simple test which will catch bugs like this in the future. Happy for you to say no and I'll add a MR separately once this is in.
