Add outdir to call to get_open_data in advanced GW150914 example

Currently, there is no output directory specified in the call to get_event_data, which means that the output is always getting written to the default outdir which is 'outdir'. I've just added this as an argument explicitly in the function call so that the user can control where the data is written.
