@colm.talbot, I hope you don't mind, I pushed some fixes. I think the change you made turned off reflective and periodic boundaries entirely. Please check that this makes sense.

Just an FYI: I'm going to wait for Josh to release the next version of dynesty (end of this week), then I'll update the requirements and we can merge this.

In the meantime, anyone is welcome to use this branch but you will need to install this version of dynesty:https://github.com/joshspeagle/dynesty/pull/154
