gw_prior doc page

This MR adds a doc page for Gravitational Wave Transient Priors (includes docs for all objects defined in bilby.gw.prior including some documentation on HealPixMapPriorDist. Right now I let all the documenting come from the doc strings so if there is more clarification wanted on this page, I can of course add that in.
