Fix error in `fast_tutorial.py`

Sylvia Biscoveanu requested to merge sylvia.biscoveanu/bilby:fix_fast_tutorial into master

Because the default priors have changed, the fast_tutorial.py no longer runs without passing a conversion function to the waveform_generator. This MR adds the conversion function so that the tutorial will run without errors.
