Fix the priors in the bns example
Currently the BNS example fails because the default priors were updated and so now it has redundant parameters in the priors set. This removes the extra mass ratio parameter.
Maintenance will be performed on git.ligo.org, containers.ligo.org, and docs.ligo.org on Tuesday 30 April 2024 starting at approximately 9am PDT.
