Add Occam factor

Adds calculation of the Occam factor to the results object and an example showing it in use.

@nikhil.sarin , I've assigned this to you as I know you where reading Mackay recently. Would you mind having a check over and make sure I haven't done something stupid?

We could add things like a check for Gaussianity and a check that the input priors are uniform. But, I'd like to see how used this feature is before spending any time on it.
