Add normalization factor to time-domain waveform plot

Thanks to @juan.calderonbustillo and @colm.talbot, we have figured out the correct normalization factor to apply to the time-domain whitened strain so that the plot has the right y-axis scaling to match this type of plot shown in previous LVC publications.
