Fixed reading detector files with empty lines
This became an issue recently due to changes in the K1 file: !861 (merged) By ignoring empty lines when reading in detector files, we should be on the safe side.
Maintenance will be performed on git.ligo.org, containers.ligo.org, and docs.ligo.org on Tuesday 17 March 2026 starting at approximately 1200 EDT (1600 UTC).
