Failure in running on OSG
I tried launching a GW200129 run on the OSG using a mixture of a frame file for the glitch-subtracted L1 data and a GWOSC query for H1 and V1. The data generation step seemed to work. The analysis failed with
FATAL: exec /srv//bilby_pipe_analysis failed: fork/exec /srv//bilby_pipe_analysis: no such file or directory
in log_data_analysis
. Note that I used transfer-files=True
.
The run was launched with the default igwn
environment on ldas-osg
