Set max pts for skymap

Shanika Galaudage requested to merge shanika.galaudage/bilby_pipe:set_default_skymaps_pts into master

Limits the maximum number for skymap to 5000.

This limit is applied to skymap plotting within bilby_pipe, and passed to pesummary
