updating high mass spin upper limit
I thought I'd changed the upper spin limits of high_mass and 4s priors to 0.88, but the high mass one was still at 0.99. This MR fixes that.
Maintenance will be performed on git.ligo.org, containers.ligo.org, and docs.ligo.org on Tuesday 30 April 2024 starting at approximately 9am PDT.
