make post plotting more modular

Colm Talbot requested to merge colm.talbot/bilby_pipe:modular-plotting into master

This MR would make the post plotting more modular. It adds a number of command-line tools to make each of the different kinds of plots.

It also allows these plotting methods be used on non-bilby_pipe results.

I'm happy to move some of these around/remove some of the things I've added.
