make log paths specified
This doesn't make pycondor set up the log/error/output files as it was mangling the Process.
This code is by no means streamlined, but it is working.
Maintenance will be performed on git.ligo.org, containers.ligo.org, and docs.ligo.org on Tuesday 23 April 2024 starting at approximately 9am PDT.
