A collection of minor quality of life improvements

  1. Change the default filetype to hdf5
  2. Remove the convert to flat in component mass option
  3. Remove the sampler from the base job name: you can't run jobs with more than one sampler so this is not necessary
  4. Set the default number of cal points to 10
  5. Catch waveform errors by default
