Maintenance will be performed on git.ligo.org, containers.ligo.org, and docs.ligo.org on Tuesday 22 April 2025 starting at approximately 9am PDT. This MR implements workflow of using .hdf5 multiple/multibanded ROQ bases, which has been implemented in bilby!1093 (merged). The changes are summarized below:
roq-folder.linear-matrix and quadratic-matrix. The file format of weights is set to hdf5 for this case, as npz is not compatible with the use of multiple bases.I did two end-to-end test runs with this change:
