BUGFIX: remove pin on XHM version to fix ROQ analyses
I tracked down the recent issues with ROQ runs for online analyses to this setting. When I remove it, the ROQ mismatch errors go away.
Maintenance will be performed on git.ligo.org, containers.ligo.org, and docs.ligo.org on Tuesday 30 April 2024 starting at approximately 9am PDT.
