bilby_pipe/gracedb.py: fix a minor bug in fetching o3replay kafka data stream

@colm.talbot I found that there is still a kind of typo in o3replay data path. Fortunately, this is not a problem for production, so I think this is not critical. I tested this for a O3replay trigger, and confirmed it works fine (Sorry I should have tested this earlier!).
