This is a release with minor updates to the online running configuration for the ongoing observing run.

Changes

• Merge the 4s and 8s chirp mass bins to reduce prior railing (!590 (merged)).
• Automatically set the distance prior bounds using Bayestar skymaps when available (!588 (merged)).
• Update the logic for choosing calibration envelopes (!568 (merged)).
• Make start and end times for consistent for different run methods.
