conda env create ERROR: conda.core.subdir_data.Response304ContentUnchanged
Summary
After running the CVFMS conda script:
$ source /cvmfs/ligo-containers.opensciencegrid.org/lscsoft/conda/latest/etc/profile.d/conda.sh
I want to run conda to create an environment, using a "yml" file:
$ conda env create -f gwcosmo_this.yml
This always used to work. I didn't change the yml file (except for the path in the prefix). However, it now gives me an error (see attachment).
Steps to reproduce
-
Edit the last line in the yml file
-
Run the conda script:
$ source /cvmfs/ligo-containers.opensciencegrid.org/lscsoft/conda/latest/etc/profile.d/conda.sh
-
Create the environment:
$ conda env create -f gwcosmo_this.yml
-
I get a long error (see "error_conda_env_create.txt" in the attachment)
Environment
Linux (CentOS)
What is the current bug behavior?
It exits with a long error message (see attachment)
What is the expected correct behavior?
It should create a new directory: ~/.conda/envs/gwcosmo_master_again and fill it with a lot of libraries as defined in the yml file.
