importing glue.ligolw.lsctables fails due to offsetvector being moved
Here's what happens when I try to import lsctables when I install glue from master:
Python 2.7.5 (default, Jul 3 2018, 09:47:06)
[GCC 4.8.5 20150623 (Red Hat 4.8.5-28)] on linux2
Type "help", "copyright", "credits" or "license" for more information.
>>> from glue.ligolw import lsctables
