Fixed missing python34-glue rpm dependencies
This patch fixes some missing dependencies for python34-glue, which should depend on the other separate python34 packages.
Maintenance will be performed on git.ligo.org, containers.ligo.org, and docs.ligo.org on Tuesday 23 April 2024 starting at approximately 9am PDT.
