createVOEvent() no longer returns the VOEvent text
On gracedb.ligo.org, the createVOEvent() method returns a JSON data structure that includes a key called text whose value is the contents of the VOEvent. This is gone on gracedb-playground.ligo.org.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
