far.py: make denominator-->numerator mixing weight adjustable

- and set to 0
- also instead of implementing the mixing in the probability density
  evaluation functions, have the .finish() method simply construct exactly
  the desired PDFs.  this increases the LR evaluation performance, and also
  ensures that plots of the PDFs show the correct structure
