- Change mkLLOIDsingle()'s default to not write trigger file

- increase the time constant in the whitener (because we can!)
- uncomment the snr and chisquare dump elements
- adjust the analysis interval to skip a gap in the L1 frame cache
- add a (commented-out) element to dump the orthogonal SNRs

- don't use a reference PSD
- increase average-samples to 128 (because we can!)
- increase the dump size to the first 600 seconds

as 1 sample not N samples (N = length of average).
