we have been modifying this by hand to make a 4 stage bank often so I made it permanent.  Also I made the base sample rate for the pipeline 2048 instead of 4096

- change template bank

- A variety of other edits and fixes

- set the snr threshold to 1

- make the default fft and zero-pad lengths smaller.

changed FFT plans to estimate, made SVD always return at least 2 templates, otherwise the single complex filter case gets messed up, added some more error checking and print statements

figure that out later).

- change the window title
- fix segfaults (instrument name should be "L1" not "H1")
