- to resolve a cyclic dependency problem in the test suite codes in lalsuite, lalapps_inspinjfind has needed to be moved from lalapps into lalinspiral.  accordingly, it has been renamed to lalinspiral_injfind.  see lalsuite!1832 for more information.
- this change necessitates updates to some scripts in the inspiral related codes in gstlal.  this patch should fix the name everywhere it's needed.
- note:  lalapps_thinca was moved, too, but that program is not used by the gstlal search.
- the migration of both tools to lalinspiral is also part of a larger goal of dispersing the contents of lalapps into the respective search specific packages, which will eventually see the gstlal inspiral pipeline no longer require lalapps as a dependency.

remove job_name and svdbin as self attributes of EyeCandy

gstlal_ll_inspiral_event_uploader: restructure trigger history file as a nested dict keyed by svdbin of each trigger

Removing gstlal-calibration sub-directory.  This repo has been moved to the Calibration git namespace.
