- fix typo:  so_get_property() --> do_get_property()

- add gstlal-devel as a build requirement for gstlal-ugly

- source lscsoft gstreamer userenv script in %build section

- adjust gstreamer package names to match lscsoft names

- allow the sample rate to be selected from the command line

- make --channel-name a required parameter

- fix some problems getting this running with modern online data

- allow properties to be passed to mkspectrumplot()

- try updating for changes to mkLLOIDbasicsrc()

this is a hack to remove the linker default search paths from -L options in
PYTHON_LDFLAGS.  this is needed to allow python modules to be built by
libtool when gstlal is already installed system wide.  I don't know where
the problem ultimately lies, but this makes it go away for now.
