gstlal-calibration:  lal_demodulate:  Changed sign in exponential. Now it multiplies stream by exp(-i * omega * t).
                     lal_smoothkappas:  Changed default values for properties maximum-offset and kappa-ceiling.
                     calibration_parts.py:  Incorporated the property kappa-ceiling in function smooth_kappas. Added function smooth_kappas_real_test for testing various smoothing options. Used pow instead of complex_pow where appropriate.
                     gstlal_compute_strain: added option kappatst-real-ceiling and kappa-tst-imag-ceiling and used these in the smoothing of kappatst.

gstlal-calibration:  lal_smoothkappas:  fix treatment of gaps. The smoothed kappas on the outbuf remain constant if there is a gap in the inbuf.

gstlal-calibration: replaced gst_audio_info_from_caps() with gstlal_audio_info_from_caps() in all calibration elements. Added transform_caps() to lal_smoothcalibfactors. Changed complex_division() in calibration_parts.py.

Adding a Makefile and plotting script to gstlal-calibration/tests. These implement the GDS calibration pipeline on Hanford data from ER9, then produce plots comparing against CALCS.
