inconsistency between job ids and filenames in low latency analysis

In the online analysis, the webpage and the *_registry.txt files begin their count at 0, while the rankingstat files begin their count at 1.

Found what's causing this, it's due to how the rankingstat names are generated in the online Makefile. This will be fixed in subsequent online analyzes.
