gstlal_inspiral_injection_template_match: added scipy imports

In file gstlal_inspiral_injection_template_match there were missing scipy.spatial imports. These are added Moreover, line 55 (still gstlal_inspiral_injection_template_match) can fail giving an unclear error message. Maybe this can be dealt with more robustly (I left a FIXME for that)
