ligo.lw api update: table.get_table() --> lsctables.XXX.get_table()

this updates a bunch of codes to comply with recent ligo.lw apis. the codes in question are all likely abandoned or otherwise not working or in use, but when doing ligo.lw development work and searching for things that will need updating I keep encountering these examples and they slow me down so I'm updating them to stop them from showing up in greps.
