Update cbc_analysis.rst after adding svd-sort option

Stefano Schmidt requested to merge svd_sort_update_docs into master

The request updates the offline workflow docs after the the addition of the option sort-by in the config file.

I also added a mention to the dtdphi file in the docs. In a future update, we may consider to include a dtdphi file in the example bns analysis.
