Add gstlal_ll_dq jobs for plotting whitened strain and range history from injection channels

Goal: Add gstlal_ll_dq_inj jobs to the low-latency workflow for plotting the whitened strain and range history from injection channels.

These changes create 3 gstlal_ll_dq_inj jobs in the low-latency workflow if the analysis is analyzing injections from replay data channels. These jobs write out the whitened strain to inj_noise influx topic and the range history to the inj_range_history influx topic.

This has been tested in the Jacob analysis running on ICDS.
