Event aggregator: trigger history file and composite events

Trigger history: RTPE group needs parameters from each trigger. Provide trigger_history.json file for each trigger, not just the preferred event.

Make composite events: Upload the trigger with maximum SNR, but replace its FAR and likelihood with the FAR and likelihood of the minimum FAR event.
