Fix verbose option in gstlal_inspiral_plot_background and gstlal_compute_far_from_snr_chisq_histograms

This MR makes two tiny changes which:

  • Correct a check for the verbose flag in gstlal_inspiral_plot_background
  • Update the verbose output in gstlal_compute_far_from_snr_chisq_histograms to reflect the new way of giving input databases
